On July 21, 2009 the Baton Rouge Business Report released the results a recent poll. The results are here. The survey concluded:
“Half of respondents to a Real Estate Weekly poll say the strongest housing market is in Ascension Parish. Twenty-seven percent of the people who participated in an online survey say the strongest parish for single-family home sales is East Baton Rouge, while 13% selected Livingston Parish and 10% were unsure. Nearly 150 people participated in the survey. Ascension has seen the smallest drop in home sales through the first six months of the year.”
